Ingredients:
1 shallot
5 garlic cloves
1 cup sheep yoghurt
½ block of feta
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup olive oil
juice of one lemon
2 tbsp champagne vinegar
optional- 1 tbsp cumin powder
salt to taste (as feta can be very salty)
Blend all ingredients in a bullet.
Most dressings keep several weeks.
