Ingredients:
1/3 cup Feta cheese
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup greek or sheep yoghurt (greek style)
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1 shallot
Himalayan salt to taste (be careful, taste at end as feta is salty and can change according to brand)
½ tsp fruit syrup
one lemon plus zest
3 tsp champagne vinegar
Add all ingredients to a bullet processor. Add water to thin to desired thickness.
