  • grilled steak with rosemary olive oil or Sea Bass fillet with olive oil and lemon

  • Sides: finely sliced grilled corgette and aubergine with olive oil and lemon

DIET/HEALTH ORIENTATED (single)

  • Japanese inspired egg white omelette with garlic, chili, sesame seeds and scallions
  • Salad of arugula, pickled cucumber, and finely sliced chestnut mushrooms and a mirin, soy and rice vinegar dressing
